QMS-Contract Focus includes reports to monitor your chronic disease recall and review arrangements. These reports include addresses to assist in the creation of 'mail merge’ invitation letters.
These reports include the ability to monitor these invitation letters and whether patients who fail to attend have been coded as exceptions.

All Contract Focus Patient Lists can be anonymised, and therefore the reports can be used to demonstrate your achievements to the PCT at your QOF visits.
Preparing to submit reports to the national payment system (QMAS)
Many systems are still unable to automatically send their data via the QMAS payments system. QMS-Contract Focus can be used to supply this data for manual input, using a report format that provides the figures in QMAS format (numerators and denominators for each indicator)
