Option 1 |

Our consultant visits your site for a day to install and
run our comprehensive QOF planning software tool.
You will be trained to use the tool and all features
explained and the consultant will run the necessary
searches on your system to allow a comprehensive
analysis.
The consultant will demonstrate:
- Estimated QOF income and areas which need
to be addressed to fix an income shortfall.
- Verify disease prevalence.
- Identify any patients that may have a diagnosis
of a QOF disease, but not correctly coded.
- Find all patients failing to achieve QOF
targets.
- Identify patients with exception codes that will
expire before the end of the QOF year.
- How to use the patient review and recall
features of the tool
A prioritised action plan will be produced.

- as option 1, but incorporating 2 on-site
consultant days and further off-site analysis and
preparation of a personalised report.
The comprehensive analysis includes:
- review of practice systems and processes.
- Presentation of results and formal report.

QMS believes in a systems approach to meeting the QOF, without burdening clinicians. If we cannot make recommendations that would result in increased income for the practice, we will refund the cost of the report!
