A new update of Contract Focus has been released on our website (version 1.03.0047), and we encourage all practices to install this update and benefit from the improvements that have been made.

The changes in this release include:

• Prevent the Excel message Security Warning 'Certificate has Expired' when opening Contract Focus reports.
• Implementation of the latest QOF specification (version 9.0)
• Enhancements to Childhood Immunisations Audit
  • Update to include the latest immunisation schedule, including Pneumococcal Catch-up
  • Include all the last 4 quarters data in the analysis
  • Take account of patients who have died/left the practice

Note: Most of these features have been available in release 1.03.0046 (17th Feb), but we recommend that all practices install the update at the next convenient opportunity to avoid the error message about an 'Expired Certificate' relating to digital signing of the Excel macros. This fix is available from the latest release 1.03.0047 (10/03/2007)
