IMAGE Project Data Collection
Most practices have opted to have QMS perform the extraction using a
secure remote login. To start the remote login session, you will
need to enter the 6-digit PIN given to you by QMS and click 'Connect to
QMS Support' below.
If you are planning to do the extraction yourself, please read these
instructions before downloading the extraction files below.
